Ryan Michael Botsis is the Principal Attorney and founder of RMB Attorneys, with a passion for Property, Commercial, and Insurance Law. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Howard College), where he served as Deputy President of the Student Law Council.
Ryan completed his articles of clerkship and went on to work as a Senior Associate at two of KwaZulu-Natal’s most well-respected law firms, gaining extensive knowledge and experience across multiple areas of legal practice. With this expertise and the confidence to lead his own practice, he established RMB Attorneys — a firm committed to excellence, integrity, and client-focused service.

Our Commercial Department is comprised of a dedicated collections team who are able to use their skills to assist with the recovery of funds from non-performing debtors. Our range of services offered in this department extends for the recovery of debts of clients which through our professional network of colleagues we are able to institute proceedings anywhere throughout South Africa. We are also able to provide assistance in the drafting of commercial contracts and further provide sound advice with respect to the reviewing of already existing contracts.
Our Insurance Department is able to competently provide professional assistance to the insured with respect to any insurance policy claims. Given the current times we focus primarily on Business Interruption claims whereby we conduct the necessary communications with our clients insurance brokers and insurers to ensure that each and every claim is dealt with accurately and effectively and that the best possible outcome is achieved through our various efforts thereto.
